Win a Schwinn mountain bike valued at $639

The Schwinn October Birthday Bike Giveaway, sponsored by Pacific Cycle Inc, will conclude on October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM Central Time. Three lucky winners will each receive a Schwinn® Altura 2.5 Mountain Bike, valued at $639.99.

The total verifiable retail value of the three bikes combined is $1,919.97. Winners will not be entitled to any difference between the actual retail value and the total value of the prizes. Additionally, no cash equivalent will be offered in place of the bikes, and prizes are non-transferable. However, the sponsor may choose to substitute the bikes with products of equal or greater value if necessary.

The winners will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prizes. Those receiving prizes worth $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 by the sponsor, reflecting the value of the prize for tax purposes. Winners are encouraged to consult tax professionals regarding the implications of accepting a prize.

All legal documentation must be completed before the winners can receive their bikes. The sponsor will not be responsible for lost or stolen prize packs.
